This is not a Van Nuys post. However we got a dog. I haven't had one since my Boots passed away. I didn't want one but my wife did, so she got one. And I was wrong. he has lit up the house. He follows his mom all around and cries when she is gone. When I go out ad come back he gets all excited and jumps and barks. Of course when I get back I give him treats. He is 8 years old and we think he has had a rough life. So hopefully the rest of his years and be good with people that love him. Meet Frankie (already named).

Boomers Update

 Well we made it through 2020 and into 2021. As everyone hopes, it will be a better year. On a personal note it was a tough year health wise. As the saying goes, "If I knew I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself." It was also tough for some of my cousins and one of my old friends of 50 years who lost his wife. 

I am now back in my little corner of our living room. My office with my music, not all of it but enough.

Hopefully this year we will here from some more old friends. That is it for now. I will try to post more this year. I have received some comments that go to my e-mail and I apologize for not answering or addressing them but I was not able to respond for quite a while.
